So you have completed an online application and your camper has been enrolled into a session this summer?! Yehawww! The next step is to get started on your camper forms! All of our camper forms must be accessed through your online account. Every camper, once enrolled, has an online account. To access your online account, type in your email address and password in the 'My Account' field located on the top of the page. After you enter your login information, click on 'Forms and Documents' under the Forms Dashboard and there you will see which forms are needed for your camper and when they are due.
Five of our forms can be completed entirely online (Camper History, Health History, Transportation, Camper Questionnaire & Agreement and Horseback Riding Release) and two forms will need to be printed out, completed, and uploaded back into your account (Parent Authorization and Physician Exam). We encourage you to get started on your camper forms as soon as possible, your Parent Pack also includes details that will help you access these required camper forms. The sooner you are able to complete and submit these forms, the less you'll have to take care of in the weeks prior to camp!.
